Scoundrel Sock Yarn Experiment #4
Scoundrel Sock Yarn Experiment #4

This is a sock blank experiment following Off to Play with My Unicorn process, but it should produce long runs of color. It is NOT a solid dye, there are white gaps since it was dyed as a sock blank (a knitted rectangle). It will have a slightly mottled appearance and with the right pattern will be cool!
Dyers have to experiment. Sometimes I want to add the color to the line, sometimes I don't. This sort of Scoundrel Skein just didn't make the cut for the Keenan Hand Dyed Yarn line.
These are the ONLY skeins I have like this, so if you love it, you better grab it!
75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon
4ply yarn
463 yds/100g skein
Softness Rating: 3
This is the workhorse yarn. It can be used for baby items, socks, shawls, you name it. It's soft enough to envelope your feet in knitting socks, but strong enough to walk around your house without shoes on. Also, it's machine washable, so no fears of shrinking your work.
