I live about 25 miles away from three of the Great Lakes: to the north is Lake Superior, to the west is Lake Huron, and to the south is Lake Michigan. The Lakes have a huge impact on life in the Upper Peninsula and it's only natural to create a yarn with all the shade of blue that surround us.
